Shipping and Delivery
Free standard shipping (within the continental US) on orders over $25.00, before tax and shipping charges. International shipping cost will vary depending on total weight, shipping country and delivery service.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Unfortunately we do not accept returns/exchanges and all sales are final.
For products NOT purchased through www.rudecosmetics.com, please contact the original place of purchase for a return or exchange.
As soon an order is submitted and paid, your order status will show as "Processing". We pride ourselves in having an efficient and fast turnaround time so that our customers receive their merchandise earliest as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is being processed and prepared for shipment. Because of this, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has passed the “processing” status. If you would like to remove items from your order, the cost of the items removed can only be reimbursed in the form of STORE CREDIT. If you wish to receive a refund instead, we would need to void and cancel the order in which a 10% cancellation fee will apply. An order can only be cancelled during "Processing" stage. We charge 10% of the total payment amount or $10, whichever is greater to cancel your order.
